Client Information – What if something happens to my garment?

All garments left at our shop are protected by an active insurance policy that includes:

  • Customer Bailee Coverage
  • Theft within the premises
  • Accidental damage (burns, cuts, etc.)
  • Fire or other unexpected events

This ensures coverage if something unforeseen happens.

Procedure for Delicate or High-Value Garments
  1. Inspection and condition recorded
  2. Photos taken if needed
  3. Receipt signed by client
  4. Labeled and stored separately
  5. Handled by experienced staff only
